Program Summary

Day 01: Arrival to Nepal

Your adventure begins at Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM) in Kathmandu. After a warm welcome with a traditional Khada (scarf), you will be transferred to your accessible hotel. Take time to relax and enjoy your first view of Kathmandu’s unique culture.

Day 02-03: Explore Kathmandu’s Spiritual Sites "UNESCO Heritage Sites"
  • Swayambhunath Temple (Monkey Temple): Explore this famous Buddhist site, which has accessible paths and platforms offering beautiful views of Kathmandu Valley. Learn about Nepal’s rich Buddhist culture.
  • Pashupatinath Temple: Visit one of Nepal’s most sacred Hindu temples, with accessible viewing areas for comfortable exploration.

Day 04 - 05: Bhaktapur and Patan Cultural Experience

Day 06 - 07: Stay with a Local Family

Day 08-09: Explore the Himalayas and Discover Pokhara

On days 11 to 13, you will explore the natural beauty of the Himalayas in Pokhara, one of Nepal's most picturesque cities. Take gentle hikes on wheelchair-friendly trails that offer breathtaking views of snow-capped peaks and lush valleys. These accessible paths ensure that you can enjoy Nepal’s stunning landscapes without any barriers.

Pokhara is known for its tranquil atmosphere, beautiful lakes, and panoramic mountain views. You’ll visit Phewa Lake, where you can take a boat ride, and explore Sarangkot, which offers an accessible viewpoint to see the sunrise over the Himalayas.

The serene beauty of Pokhara’s nature will provide you with moments of reflection and peace, and the town's warm hospitality will make your stay truly memorable. Whether you're relaxing by the lake or enjoying accessible trails, these days will be the perfect balance of adventure and tranquility.

Day 10: Hiking to Nepal’s first accessible trail for the wheelchair travellers

Start your day in Pokhara with a unique adventure on Nepal’s first accessible trail for wheelchair travelers. This 1.3 km trail offers stunning views of the Himalayan peaks, providing an unforgettable experience for all abilities. After enjoying the breathtaking scenery, spend the afternoon exploring Pokhara’s vibrant culture. Stop by The Juicery for a delicious brunch and shop for unique Tibetan goods along Lakeside Road. This accessible tour of Pokhara combines natural beauty, local culture, and an enriching experience that everyone can enjoy.

Day 11: Drive to Chitwan - Jungle Adventure Program

We head to Chitwan, famous for its incredible wildlife and natural beauty. Enjoy a scenic drive through Nepal's countryside, passing lush fields and villages. Once we arrive, you’ll check into your accessible hotel, designed for comfort and ease.

In the afternoon, embark on an accessible jeep safari through Chitwan National Park. The safari offers a chance to spot wildlife such as rhinos, tigers, and diverse bird species—all from an easy-to-access trail. The park’s accessible paths ensure everyone can experience Nepal’s wildlife up close.

Finish the day with a vibrant traditional Tharu dance performance, where you’ll learn about local culture and traditions.

Day 12: Jungle Activities continues

Enjoy a relaxing canoe ride along the Rapti River, spotting crocodiles and birds. Then, take a wheelchair-friendly nature walk through Chitwan National Park, where you'll see wildlife like monkeys and deer. In the afternoon, visit a local Tharu village to learn about the culture. All activities are accessible, offering a perfect blend of nature, wildlife, and local culture.

Day 13: Back to Kathmandu, Thamel

We drive back to Kathmandu. You’ll feel the lively energy of the city as you arrive. Thamel is full of colorful shops, busy streets, and tasty cafes. Take a walk around, do some shopping, or enjoy a delicious Nepali meal. It’s a great chance to relax and reflect on your amazing journey in Nepal. Spend time with fellow travelers and share your experiences before you head home. The memories you’ve made will stay with you for a lifetime.

Day 14: Departure from Nepal
